As a nature-informed therapist, I believe that connecting with the natural world can have profound healing benefits. Whether through outdoor sessions, guided meditations, or simply bringing elements of nature into the therapeutic space, I support my clients in tapping into the restorative power of the earth. This helps foster a sense of grounding, inspiration, and wonder.

Mental Health

At the core of my work is a deep commitment to supporting mental health and wellness. Through an integrative, evidence-based approach, I help clients navigate a wide range of concerns, from stress and anxiety to life transitions and trauma. By empowering them to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping strategies, I strive to help my clients thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Mindfulness

At the heart of my approach is a focus on mindfulness - cultivating present moment awareness and a gentle, curious exploration of one's inner and outer experiences. By developing this capacity for self-reflection and self-acceptance, my clients are empowered to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, compassion, and resilience.

Movement & Massage

The mind-body connection is a core tenet of my work. Informed by my background in therapeutic massage, gentle yoga, and other somatic practices, I help clients deepen their embodied awareness and release the physical manifestations of stress, anxiety, and trauma. This holistic approach facilitates healing on multiple levels.
