Integrative Wellness Mental Health Counseling
A holistic and integrative mind-body-spirit approach to individualized mental health and wellness. This approach draws on various mind and body theories and techniques, with an emphasis on nervous system education, psycholinguistics, resource and needs management.
Clients are encouraged to cultivate a variety of strategies for compassionate self-care and empowerment. Sessions are offered via telehealth, in-office, or as a nature-informed session outdoors.
Nature-Informed Therapy
Nature-Informed Therapy integrates the healing power of nature with traditional therapeutic practices to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. By engaging with natural environments, mindful practices, and ecological principles, this approach fosters deeper self-awareness, stress reduction, and a sense of connection to the world around us. Whether through guided outdoor sessions, nature-based activities, or simply incorporating natural elements into therapy, nature-informed therapy helps individuals find balance, resilience, and renewal.
Integrative Wellness Massage & Bodywork
Bodywork and self-care. The focus is on assisting the individual in stress and pain management, self-care, and self-awareness through the use of bodywork, breathwork, and mind-body-spirit education. Specialties includes women’s wellness, oncology massage, as well as stress and pain management.
Yoga & Movement
Reconnect, rehabilitate, and renew with private yoga and movement classes for all ailments and for every body. IWM offers private one on one, or group classes to support living a life aligned in wellness and vitality
Integrative Wellness Consulting (IWC) and Resource Specialists (IWRS)
IWC’s and resource specialists facilitate referrals to select approved and vetted Integrative Wellness guides, practitioners and organizations with specialized training, unified values, alongside shared community mission. This can include referrals to therapists, holistic practitioners, or wellness programs, as well as curated materials like guided meditations, self-care plans, and educational resources.
